A unique opportunity to join the Meraki restaurant groups latest project. A full refurbishment and rebranding that requires an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to create authentic Italian style pizza.

Any candidate will be required to possess a background in Italian cuisine with a passion for creativity and a sensitivity for tradition. Demonstrating exceptional standards or consistency and the drive to complete everyday tasks as requested. Responsible for ensuring high standards of food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. This role requires a good understanding of fast paced hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Pizzas according to established recipes and menus Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Pizza Chef in a similar role within an Italian restaurant or culinary environment Strong skills in food preparation and culinary techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Food Saftey Level 2 or above Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
