Who Are We?

Born out of a love for great pizza, we launched our first wood-fired pizza trailer in 2012, serving local villages with our unique, handcrafted pizzas. Since then, we've expanded to 10 stores and a mobile kitchen for weddings and events, all while staying true to our roots: using only the finest ingredients, artisanal techniques, and providing service our customers rave about.

Duties:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

:

Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on meal preparation and presentation. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
