We are seeking a talented chef with a passion for creating good tasting food to join us down on the shore. This new restaurant will be looking to serve hot fresh pizza along with a variety of sides. As our chef you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature pizzas whilst maintaining a high quality standard so it leaves our customers completely satisfied.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of new menu items, ensuring creativity and seasonal relevance.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular quality checks on food items to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
