We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. Your role will involve supervising kitchen staff, managing food inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in the planning of special events or catering services as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
