As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring that all food safety regulations are adhered to.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and stock management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods Knowledge of meal preparation processes and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in serving and presenting food to customers
