Job Description
We are on the hunt for a talented pizza chef. The dough production and par baked pizza side of our business is seeing incredible demand and we need a new team member to keep up. You will be working out of our prep kitchen in Gracemount. The working hours are from 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday. There are plenty of hours available outside of this.
There is onsite parking as well as regular bus services to the site.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen. Supervise kitchen staff and manage food production to meet service demands. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Maintain inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in a pizza-making environment Strong culinary and kitchen experience with a focus on food safety Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage a team Background in hospitality and restaurant service Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of food production processes and standards

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
