Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service during meal preparation. Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards. Help manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal dishes. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.

Requirements

Have experience as a Pizza chef/ Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment. knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively lead and motivate kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
