We're looking for a passionate and hands-on

Pizza Chef

to join the kitchen team at

The Fish Hotel

-- one of the Cotswold's most iconic hillside hideaways.

Set within 500 acres of Cotswold countryside, The Fish is a laid-back luxury hotel with big personality -- home to

2 AA Rosette dining, relaxed bar menus, and seasonal dishes packed with local flavour

. This role sits at the heart of our

bar food offering

, with pizzas playing a key part in delivering relaxed, high-quality dining experiences for our guests.



When pizza service is quieter, you'll also support the wider kitchen team with food preparation and service -- making this a varied, sociable role within a brilliant brigade.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing, cooking and presenting pizzas for the bar menu to a consistently high standard Preparing dough, sauces, toppings and garnishes with care and attention to detail Operating pizza ovens safely and efficiently Supporting the wider kitchen team with food prep and service when pizza demand allows Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation across your section Assisting with stock control, rotation and waste reduction Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service

What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for food and hospitality Experience with pizza preparation or kitchen work (pizza experience ideal, but not essential) A hands-on, reliable attitude and pride in your work A team player who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to jump in and support the wider kitchen when needed

The details:

32,448 per annum

48 hours per week across 5 days

Plus service charge

(approx. 3,000-3,500 per year) Meals on duty and uniform provided
