We are seeking a versatile and passionate culinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pizza making, with a strong attention to detail, creativity and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas according to traditional Neapolitan recipes and standards.
Manage pizza oven operations, including temperature control and cooking times.
Create dough from scratch, ensuring the correct texture and flavor.
Select and prepare high-quality ingredients, including sauces, cheeses, and toppings.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service, assisting in the kitchen with preparation when needed
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualification:
Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo Chef in a restaurant.
Expertise in dough handling, pizza oven operations, and techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, multitasking skills and time-management skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Pay: 27,000.00-40,000.00 per year
