Pizza Preparation

: Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and quality standards.

Pizza Cooking

: Cook pizzas using wood-fired ovens, deck ovens, or other pizza-specific equipment, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times.

Quality Control

: Ensure each pizza meets the restaurant's standards for taste, texture, and presentation, making adjustments as needed.

Mise en Place

: Prepare and organize ingredients and kitchen equipment for efficient pizza production during service.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Cleaning and Sanitation

: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper sanitation and food safety practices.

Inventory Management

: Monitor stock levels for pizza-related ingredients and report any shortages to the senior pizza chef or kitchen manager.

Compliance and Safety

: Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
