About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to run and oversee the daily operations of our pizza shop in Tipton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza preparation and shop management, ensuring high-quality food, excellent customer service, and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the pizza shop. Prepare, cook, and present pizzas to a high standard. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory. Ensure the shop complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle cash management, banking, and basic financial reporting. Implement and monitor quality control procedures. Drive sales and meet business targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in making pizzas and managing a food business. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
