As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment

- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies

- Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of basic food safety practices is a plus

- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
