What We're Looking For

As a

Pizzaiolo

, you'll be confident working independently and as part of a team, producing high-quality pizzas to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Running the pizza section smoothly and efficiently Preparing dough, toppings, and pizzas with precision and care Maintaining excellent attention to detail, portion control, and minimal wastage Assisting the Head Chef with recipe development and new pizza ideas when required Keeping your section clean, organised, and operating to high food safety standards

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Previous experience in a restaurant or serving environment is advantageous but not essential Enthusiasm for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques
