The Role:

We're seeking experienced & skilled Neapolitan Pizzaiolos to join our dynamic team at Worsley, this is not a training role for beginners this is a role for Pizzaiolos wanting to move to a growing company, we have wood fired ovens that will require pre existing knowledge of operation. You must ensure you can get to our restaurant in worsley village.

Responsibilities

Hand-stretch and prepare Neapolitan pizzas with precision. Operate our state-of-the-art rotating-floor ovens as well as our wood ovens. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and quality service. Uphold health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a pizza chef, preferably in a high-paced environment. Ability to travel between sites in Worsley & Media City however based in Worsley. Expertise in Neapolitan dough handling and oven operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team player with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
