Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Ensure all food production meets quality, portion control, and cost standards.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Skilled in food production, presentation, and culinary techniques.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service.
Good organisational skills
