Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team for a 6-12-month placement. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, administration, and communications within the non-profit sector. The Client Relations Officer will play a key role in managing client and partner interactions, supporting administrative functions, and enhancing our digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, volunteers, and partner organisations.
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain and update client records, correspondence, and reports.
Assist in project coordination, community outreach, and event planning.
Support the management of social media pages and online engagement.
Create and schedule digital content to promote awareness and participation.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Confident in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Compassionate, proactive, and professional attitude
