At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will join BES - we're specialists, providing a fully-integrated service to clients within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors. Using our expertise to create cutting-edge cleanrooms, laboratories and other sophisticated environments. Combining design, digital innovation and construction capabilities to provide a complete multidisciplinary offering. From process engineering to structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC and electrical services.

What will you be doing?



We're looking for a proactive Planner to help keep our projects on track and on time.

You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to develop and maintain detailed schedules, identify risks, and keep everything running smoothly. From leading Plan-Do-Review meetings to supporting tender planning and client updates.

You'll play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement. Are you're skilled with tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career

What you'll bring



+ Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
+ Experience in construction planning with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project
+ Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
+ Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts (desirable)
+ Confident leading meetings and engaging with stakeholders
+ Membership of APM, CIOB, or similar (desirable)
+ Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects (desirable)
+ Knowledge of BIM and digital construction tools (desirable)
