We're looking for a
Metering Planner
to join our
South West Water
team based in St Austell, Cornwall.

39.5 hours per week - Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a
Metering Planner
, you'll be working within the
South West Water
team, supporting them in the planning, coordination and scheduling of metering works to meet key performance metrics and enhance customer experience.
What will your day to day in the role look like?
Your day to day will include:
Coordinating and scheduling all metering works to ensure compliance with service level agreements
Monitoring reports and jeopardy management tools to track progress and identify delays
Communicating with customers to ensure they are kept informed about scheduled works
Liaising with operational managers to ensure resources align with delivery demand
Maintaining accurate records and system updates for all metering activity
What are we looking for?

Metering Planner

You have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
You have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service
You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
