We're currently recruiting a Planner to work within our team. You will work alongside our planning team, scheduling repairs on both domestic, void, and commercial contracts.


The key purpose of this position is to provide a quality repair service to both our customers and the community and be the first point of contact for queries relating to works scheduled and emergency repairs.

In your role as a Planner, you will:



Act as the first point of contact for our operatives and subcontractors. Maximise the efficiency of operatives' schedules. Ensure all appointments and emergency repairs are completed within priority timescales. Keep customers informed about their scheduled appointments. Notify managers of any resourcing challenges that may impact performance. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, handling queries and processing invoices.

What we're looking for:



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships. Experience in social housing or repairs planning would be beneficial
