Sub Supplier Management Backoffice
We are responsible for sales functions, projects, installation, and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work. You will become a part of Vestas North and Central Europe, which is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and Southern Africa.
You will be joining a team handling our Sub-supplier Management. We act as a regional partner, to make all needed activities in administration, order, onboarding, governance, and supporting of sub-suppliers in their core business, thereby supporting the regional organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining PR/PO creation, GR, invoicing, and administration of phones, PCs, keys etc. for sub-suppliers
• Creation and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles and certification overview
• Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers
• Ordering according to forecast and service need

Qualifications

• Good IT skills in MS Office and relevant experience with Salesforce and SAP
• Extensive English skills both oral and written
• Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understand team dynamics

• Good understanding of the process and a comprehensive data discipline
