Job Description


We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Planner to join our team based in Witham.

As a Planner, you will be reporting to the Senior Planner and will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams in managing the project programmes. As your role within the business progresses, you will experience the full project lifecycle from working on tender management, pre-construction and delivering projects through to completion. You will be exposed to exciting projects within various sectors such as aviation, education and healthcare, given progression opportunities, will be supported and encouraged in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the overall planning process to all levels of the business.

\xc2\xb7 Provide planning support for the preconstruction team

\xc2\xb7 Control, Monitor & Analyse project programmes with the project teams.

\xc2\xb7 Attend project sites and offer planning support for the delivery team.

\xc2\xb7 Assist project teams with supply chain programme management.

\xc2\xb7 Creating site logistics and phasing plans for project delivery.

Essential Criteria:

\xc2\xb7 Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably construction related)

\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of traditional construction methods

\xc2\xb7 Experience of working within the construction industry

\xc2\xb7 Competent in the use of programming software (Powerproject)
