Position

CSL Administrator and Planner (Customer Side Leakage). 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30-16:00. Start and finish time can be reviewed for applicants who would commute by bus. This role is office based with no work from home option.

What you'll be doing

Updating Salesforce with information provided by field technicians investigating leaks on Thames Waters network of underground pipes. Communicating with field engineers, repair contractors and customer complaints teams via phone, email, teams and text to ensure each leak follows the correct route to repair. Produce letters via 'Mail Merge' at set stages for each ongoing leakage investigation. Assist in the planning for up to 10 field engineers ensuring customer guaranteed appointments are planned and met alongside the oldest work and largest leaks as cold calls.

What you should bring to the role

Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of a large backlog of jobs, as well as the ability to analyze data to identify potential issues Ideally experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word Mail Merge. However, all training is provided. An ability to prioritize projects with an awareness of the importance in meeting deadlines.
There is no experience necessary as training will be provided in all aspects of this work. A positive attitude and good communication skills both verbal and written is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
