Planner/Administrator

to join our dynamic team. The role combines administrative duties with planning and coordination responsibilities, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business functions.

Job Purpose:



The Planner/Administrator will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing data, liaising with internal teams, and supporting business operations through high-quality administrative tasks. This is a pivotal role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Planning:



Create, maintain, and update schedules, timelines, and project plans. Coordinate resources, materials, or personnel based on business needs. Monitor project or production progress, identifying delays and assisting in developing mitigation strategies. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and team members to confirm timings and ensure smooth operations. Assist in demand forecasting, inventory management, or capacity planning (depending on the industry).

Administration:



Handle day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and filing. Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases. Produce reports and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail). Support team leaders and managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Skills & Experience Required:



Proven experience in a planning, coordination, or administrative role. Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Excellent organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience using planning or scheduling software is an advantage
