Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and allocate repair works for operatives and subcontractors
Coordinate appointments with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service
Monitor job progress and update systems with real-time information
Liaise with supervisors, tenants, and trade staff to resolve scheduling conflicts
Manage and prioritise emergency and urgent repairs
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Requirements:
Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role, ideally within housing or maintenance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong IT skills, including experience with scheduling software or housing management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
