We are looking to recruit an experienced scheduler to join our back office team based at our Sheffield office, working, and coordinating a team of dedicated engineers.
We are working on behalf of Northern PowerGrid surveying and upgrading fuses, within customers properties. Our job is to ensure these customers enjoy a first-class customer service experience, from the initial contact, through to the final upgrade or quotation.

The Role - (Key aspects of the job will involve):
Responsible for scheduling of the engineers to carry out Surveys and Fuse upgrades.
Monitoring inbound Customer queries via company CRM and arranging appointments at request.
Contacting customers to book appointments and answer any queries.
Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner.
Day to day management of the engineers' diary, taking ownership to ensure engineers time is utilised efficiently by using effective route planning.
Ensuring tasks are planned and completed within Client Target Response SLA's.
Using our Mobile App "Onsite" and back office portal to monitor work done by engineers against promised install dates.
Proving daily weekly management information on contract performance/target installs.
Manage the resource rota / Holiday planner / re assignment of appointments where necessary.
The Person (The successful candidate will have the following personal attributes):
Previous experience of working in dispatch & scheduling role, managing remote field engineers and contacting customers
Comfortable dealing with engineer and allocating work, strong organisational skills.
Ability to take charge and make decisions relating to changes in customer requirements.
Has experience in various software and or has designed own process to ensure work is allocated and tracked.
Comfortable using remote data field apps and analysis data to ensure SLA's are met.
Comfortable working with a small team and prepared to support in other areas across the business.
Pleasant nature and great communicator (Verbal & Written), and above all wants to deliver a great customer service.
Proactive / ability to think on your feet.
Good knowledge of IT - Microsoft Office - Excel Spread sheets, Power Point would be desirable. Happy to help upskill other team members.
