to lead a small team and work closely with our Sales Team Manager to ensure smooth transitions between departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Salary: 29,500-31,500

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise a small administrative team to achieve departmental goals Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager to ensure seamless communication and workflow between departments Utilise our in-house computer system to ensure vehicles and instructors' work is being planned in an economical manner, taking into account customer experience and efficiency Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation Handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Create and manage Word documents and Excel spreadsheets with efficiency Coach the small administrative team to ensure there are limited errors, introducing systems to ensure efficiency as required Work proactively and reactively to solve problems where unavoidable issues may occur, such as vehicle breakdown Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:



Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Strong skills in organising and planning A proactive, problem solving attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Proven experience in an administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred

Hours of work are Monday to Friday:

Week 1 - 07:30 until 16:30

Week 2 - 08:30 until 17:30

Working one Saturday morning per month until 12:00. In return you will receive one Friday afternoon a month off.

We offer a starting salary of

29,500-31,500

per annum. Additional to this we offer company pension, Westfield Health Care, Company sick pay scheme, death in service cover and increased holiday allowance with length of service.
