We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated, reliable, efficient and proactive Planning Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role:



To help Support our production planners by handling administrative tasks like data entry, report generation, and communication to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities include:



Provide overall administrative support for production planning activities, including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation. Maintain and update planning documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agreed standards. Act as a point of contact for planning-related queries and liaise with internal teams Production, Sales and Operations to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfilment. Utilise IT systems to manage planning data, maintain accurate records of raw materials, and track stock levels. Assist in monitoring production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Support planners in identifying and suggesting process improvements based on trends and operational constraints.

ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
