The Role
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity, do you have a background in utilities, or have you just graduated from university and are looking to put your Surveying, Geography, Geology or similar skills to good use? Then we'd love to hear from you!
You will be involved in all aspects of admin to support project delivery. You will work within our Planning Team who are primarily responsible for the development of network civils work packs of our extensive Fibre network.
As a Planning Administrator within our Planning Team, you'll benefit from working alongside experienced team members, learning and developing on the job becoming an expert within your field.
Responsibilities
Create civils work packs to enable contractors to complete the civils tasks with all the relevant CDM documentation
Obtain and document all relevant utility prints for the proposed work area
Conduct land registry searches and communicate with the Land Access team where required
Produces scaled drawings for Planning applications
Raising and validating Notice of Intent with BT
Generating digital signatures for wayleave agreements
Support planning on general administrative tasks
Completion of Highways permit applications
Requirements
MS office experience
University degree or equivalent in Surveying, Geography, Geology or similar (advantageous)
Knowledge of HAUC specifications, Openreach portal/PIA infrastructure
Experience of using CAD or GIS software
Any experience of Telecoms FTTP (Fibre to the Premise) civils coordination
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritise workload in a changing environment

25,400 - 28,000 per annum, DOE
