Planning and Environmental Lawyer A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a planning and environmental lawyer to join a Legal 500 ranked planning and environmental team at this leading City law firm, ranked as one of the top 50 practices in the UK. This planning and environmental team in London act for clients, both domestic and international, on projects across numerous sectors including transport and infrastructure, energy, retail, hotels and leisure. Clients include private property companies, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, international investors, funds, banks and other financial institutions, charities, and landed estates. The successful planning and environmental lawyer joining this market leading team will act and advise on a broad range of complex and challenging projects relating to infrastructure, agricultural dwellings, urban extensions, minerals and waste, and neighbourhood planning. Your work will include: - Compulsory purchase - Environmental regulatory matters - Development consent orders - Infrastructure agreements - Development control - Judicial review - Planning agreements - S106 agreements This position is ideally suited to planning and environmental lawyers between NQ and four years\' PQE.
