1 x Planning Officer primarily processing Planning Applications (Full- time, fixed term to 30 June 2026) (35,235 - 38,626 per year -pay award pending)

We're looking for applicants who are:

Knowledgeable in planning legislation, policies, and enforcement procedures. Excellent communicators with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Organised, methodical, and able to manage a varied caseload. Comfortable working independently and making sound judgments.
