Conduct site visits to make recommendations in accordance with planning legislation and policy. Present and explain complex planning issues clearly to Councillors and the public, both verbally and in written reports. Stay informed of current planning legislation and policy. Manage and oversee team members effectively.
Person Specifications
Demonstrated ability to undertake site visits and provide recommendations based on planning legislation. Proven experience in presenting complex planning issues clearly to various stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policy. Experience in managing people effectively.
