Our client is a top 100 international law firm with a leading reputation for Planning work.
We have fresh instructions to recruit a 3+PQE Planning Solicitor into their highly ranked and successful team in Bristol.
The team handles a range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial and infrastructure and environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings. You can expect to work on large scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisition and strategic planning advice, reviewing environmental statements, assisting with project management and supporting the firm's national real estate practice.
