Job Description
Our client boasts an exceptional national planning team that provides advice on all aspects of development and planning law. Representing a broad and diverse client base the teams' work encompasses a range of industries including retail, commercial, residential, airports, railways and the industrial sector. A solicitor who is over two years pqe is now required to join the team . You will advise on a range of matters that will include policy and practice, environmental regulation and enforcement as well as public law and local government issues. You are likely to be from a recognised planning team or local authority.
