Established in 2006, we pride ourselves on delivering a professional service to our clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to join our team and help maximise efficiency across our operations.

Responsibilities

Process and allocate orders accurately and efficiently Source and assign jobs to drivers in line with business needs Plan routes and schedules, drawing on excellent knowledge of UK roads and transport networks Work closely with clients and customers to ensure excellent service delivery Provide support to drivers and handle their day-to-day requests Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Contribute to maintaining the company's high customer service standards

Skills and Experience

Strong IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and planning skills Confident and professional telephone manner Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Problem-solving ability and initiative in handling day-to-day challenges Professional, mature outlook and ability to work independently
