Plant Engineer | Crawley Base, (Covering Kent and Sussex) | c45k basic with a 55k OTE plus pa + Benefits + Van

Due to growth, I am looking to recruit an experienced and qualified or certified Plant Engineer to join busy and well run plant maintenance and repair company that covers all of Southern Britain.

The company is established, is proactive, and has a wide area customer base that is well maintained.

Job Requirements;

Previous proven experience, and stable employment in a plant engineering at least 3 years and have worked on agricultural / plant Be qualified or hold the relevant certification A professionally recognised qualification in plant maintenance and repair Excellent communication & organisational skills A full, clean UK driving license A good working knowledge of petrol, diesel, hydraulic and electrical systems Experience working on Agricultural Machinery and Equipment - Tractors, Combines, Sprayers and Balers etc

Duties;

Covering Kent and Sussex region. Carry out scheduled service maintenance and repairs Carry out fault-finding and diagnosis Complete pre-delivery inspections Promote dealership services to customers Attend manufacturers' training courses Complete job stories and hours using iPhone Utilise laptop diagnostics and service systems Work alongside and communicate with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and suppliers Repair & locate faults with equipment in line with manufacturer recommendations and in a timely fashion to ensure minimum downtime Service equipment in line with manufacturers' recommendations Some workload will be carried out at Workshop
