Key Responsibilities

Carry out manual labour and site maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Foreman. Keep the site clean, organised, and safe at all times. Operate power washing equipment to clean the wash plant area and surrounding spaces. Support the day-to-day operations of the recycled aggregates facility. Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies. Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues where required. Report any safety or operational issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

Physically fit and capable of performing manual work. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. Basic understanding of construction site safety practices. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to commute to site (own transport required).

Preferred:

Previous experience in construction, recycling, or a similar industrial environment. Experience operating power washing equipment.

Working Conditions

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Physically demanding role involving standing, walking, lifting, and carrying. Exposure to machinery noise and moving equipment. Standard hours:

07:00 - 16:30

, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturday mornings.
