Plant Maintenance & Installation Technician

The Nunhead Gardener is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic

Plant Maintenance & Installation Technician

to help us care for beautiful indoor and outdoor plants in offices, restaurants, and private homes.

You'll be responsible for maintaining plant displays and supporting occasional plant installations across central London. This is a flexible, part-time walking role -- perfect for someone passionate about plants, with a good eye for detail and a friendly, can-do attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining plants at client sites -- watering, pruning, feeding, removing dead leaves Spotting pest or health issues and taking action or replacing plants as needed Assisting with plant installations (transporting and arranging plants at new sites) Logging visits and updates using simple tools Representing our business professionally while on-site Supporting elsewhere in the business if needed (on the optional second day)
About You

Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated Passionate about plants (some knowledge helpful -- full training provided) Confident travelling independently around London (public transport only -- no driving) Physically fit and able to lift/carry plants and equipment Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons Experience in plant care, hospitality, installations or customer service is a bonus
