We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our chemical adhesives and coatings manufacturing operations and small production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong leader who can build and manage teams effectively, promote a positive culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations ensuring production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Build an efficient, reliable production team of trained, skilled team members.
Implement and maintain processes to optimise efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in production systems and processes.
Play a key role in developing a culture of honesty, trust and teamwork.
Skills
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
Experience of driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Proven track record of managing a production department.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve business processes for enhanced operational efficiency.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
