Job Summary

Due to recent award of contracts we urgently require the following position for immediate start/ permanent position

based in Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plant Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes. The Plant Operator will play a vital part in maintaining safety standards and ensuring the smooth running of plant operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and control plant machinery and equipment in accordance with operational procedures. Assist with troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime and maintain safety standards. Follow health and safety regulations diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Collaborate with maintenance teams for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Experience

Must have at least 3 years previous experience working as a Plant Operator or in a similar industrial role is preferred but not essential; relevant training will be provided Must hold one of the following current CSR/CPCS/SOLAS Plant Cards. Knowledge of plant machinery is advantageous. Familiarity with health and safety regulations within an industrial setting is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for accurate reporting and teamwork. Pay: 12.21-20.00 per hour
