Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, dozers, etc.) to a high standard Lead and coordinate plant operatives on site, ensuring safe and efficient operations Conduct pre-start checks and assist with routine maintenance of equipment Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations Work closely with site managers to plan and allocate resources Monitor performance and support the training of plant operatives Report any issues or delays and support smooth site operations

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS for relevant plant equipment Proven experience in operating plant machinery in construction or civil engineering Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of site safety protocols and procedures Full UK driving licence (preferred)
