INFINITY Eng is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our growing team. This role involves operating various types of plant and machinery, working across the UK on utility and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable, and committed to delivering work to a high standard while maintaining a strong focus on site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate plant and machinery including excavators, dumpers, rollers, and other equipment Carry out daily maintenance checks and report defects or safety issues Assist with general site duties when not operating machinery Work closely with site teams to ensure efficient and safe operations Follow all site-specific and company safety procedures and protocols Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and plant use
Load and unload materials as required

Requirements:

Proven experience operating plant and machinery in a construction or utility environment CPCS or NPORS certification (essential) Full UK driving licence (essential; towing capability desirable) Strong understanding of health and safety procedures Physically fit and willing to support labouring tasks when required Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Flexibility to work away from home when required
