Reporting into the Warehouse Chargehands, we are searching for a team member to join us a Mobile Plant Operator at our Immingham Plant.



This role requires you to work a mix of days and nights on a 3-week rolling shift pattern. Shifts are 12 hours, either 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am.

What you'll be doing:




As a Warehouse Plant Operator, you will work efficiently and accurately within the warehouse, performing continuous quality checks and monitoring operations. You will ensure the forklift truck is well-maintained and contribute to high customer satisfaction by verifying that the correct goods are loaded onto vehicles and dispatched on time.

Adhere to company Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Accurately pick orders and efficiently load trucks. Promptly communicate any issues to the appropriate personnel for swift resolution and ensure smooth shift handovers to maintain seamless loading operations. Ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers. Maintain accurate stock records. Comply with all quality systems to guarantee product standards. Follow established operating procedures. Keep detailed records and report issues clearly and accurately. Identify and segregate defective products, ensuring damaged items are replaced with new pallets. Actively contribute to the improvement of site systems and adhere to all safety protocols. Perform any other tasks required to fulfill your role effectively.

What we'd love for you to have:



The ability to read and interpret dispatch notes accurately. Experience working within quality systems. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment. Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license Flexibility to work shifts, including; days, nights and weekends.
