Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Participates in the implementation of the Production and mechanical maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability of the production sites within its scope.


Supervises and performs Operation and mechanical maintenance operations in complete safety and with respect for the environment Applies the "Maintain the production and distribution tool" process.
Operation -


To ensure that all activities on the site are carried out in a safe manner.


To monitor and adjust the operating parameters in order to maintain Facility Manager assigned production rates in the safest and most cost efficient manner. To respond expediently and efficiently to any plant upsets and alarms and bring any such upsets back into control in the minimum time practicable.


To control all contractors on site and issue work permits as required, giving induction training if needed.


To carry out routine tasks and quality checks.


To ensure maintenance activities are risk assessed and executed safely


To take primary responsibility for the routine maintenance and repair of all the process equipment on site and to provide oversight and support when contractors are employed on site.


Maintenance


Contribution to the progress of mechanical operations in compliance with the budget and schedule in line with the purchasing process


Development and monitoring of the mechanical maintenance program, including Pressure Equipment


Coordination of daily tasks for the mechanical department


Follow-up of the technical services of the subcontractors


Participates in the management of the spare parts of his department


Detection and information relating to technical anomalies (proposals for preventive actions to improve the quality of the product and the reliability of the installation ns)


Participation in the role of mechanical guard QHSE System


Monitoring of the provisions of Safety Environment and Risk Management in accordance with legal provisions.


Participation in site SQE/MR meetings depending on availability


Drafting of procedures or operating methods specific to the mechanical department


Is responsible for the local environmental related aspects and other requirements of the certified ISO standards at the site, as part of the normal daily operations.
