As a member of the maintenance team, the Plant Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine assignments. This is great opportunity to join a player in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector.
Responsibilities: Decontamination maintaining and inspection of ESP filter systems
AHU unit filter inspections
Air intake grills transit duct and damper maintenance and decontamination
maintaining and inspection and cleaning of furnaces and ancillary components
maintaining a safe working environment
Compiling and maintaining of PM records utilizing cmms system
Working at height
building fabric cleaning
Ladder inspections
Scaffold inspections
Assist engineering team as and when needed
To always operate in accordance with Element's Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values
To work in accordance with all Element's policies procedures and standards as all times
Skills / Qualifications: Previous experience of working in an industrial environment with transferable skills
FLT MEWP OHC crane operator
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Basic IT Skills - Ability to use outlook, spreadsheets and development on in house CMMS system
Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Proactive approach to health and safety
Progress reporting to management
