Gardening 4u by Will at New Covent Garden Market is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Plant Sales Assistant to join our team at New Covent Garden Market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and excellent customer service skills, specifically catering to our wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist wholesale customers with plant selection, providing expert advice on products. Target and KPI based.

- Maintain inventory and ensure the display of plants is appealing and well-organized.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential wholesale clients.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about plant care and products.

- Collaborate with the team to manage stock levels and fulfill orders.

- Participate in regular training to stay informed about new products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Experience in plant sales or a related field is preferred. We are a wholesale business located in Nine Elms.

- Strong knowledge of various plants and their care requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing inventory.
