About Us:

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Plasma Operator to join our growing team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however experience of working in a similar engineering or industrial environment would be advantageous. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our production demands and includes yard and workshop maintenance duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be practical, proactive, and comfortable with a range of duties to support the different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating our plasma cutting machine to support fabrication and production. Assisting with general yard and workshop maintenance. Supporting the wider team with day-to-day engineering tasks. Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For:

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong teamwork skills and a hands-on approach. Comfortable with manual handling and physical work. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential. Forklift Truck experience is advantageous - training or refreshers will be provided as needed.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
