Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The Plasterer will collaborate with other tradespeople, to achieve high-quality results. This programme is for Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment to social housing. You must hold the relevant trade CSCS card

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents as necessary. Mix plaster according to specifications for optimal application. Apply plaster using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired finishes. Work on various projects including masonry, roofing, and interior renovations. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate tasks effectively. Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the duration of projects.

Experience

Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Familiarity with masonry techniques and materials is advantageous. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plastering tasks. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on delivering quality workmanship.

Pay: 12.68-27.42 per hour
