Job Description
I am looking for a team of plasterers to plaster a 5 bed 5 en-suit hmo in Bury
It includes firelining boarding a ground floor suspended ceiling .
Over boarding of 1st floor ceiling.
Dot and dab external walls with insulated boards, some bonding out where new sockets and pipes have been chased, board a few stud walls then a full over skim a property.
I am a builder with my own construction company csc joinery & building ltd, we convert properties into hmo's, flats, and also do extensions and loft conversions.
We have more work coming in than i can cope with at the moment, so if all goes well there will be other work to do.
There must be at least 2no fully qualified plasterers on this job at all times as we have to keep to a schedule. Thanks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 6,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
