Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our kitchen installation team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties.

You should have your own tools and ca/van

Experience

Skimming Rendering Dry lining Bonding Working in occupied and empty homes
This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as a solid understanding of masonry and bricklaying techniques.

The Plasterer will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.

Duties

Apply plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents as necessary. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to mix, apply, and shape plaster. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and bricklayers, to complete projects efficiently. Perform repairs on existing plasterwork, including patching and re-plastering as required. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Assist in the installation of decorative plaster features or mouldings when needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using power tools (e.g., mixers, sprayers) and hand tools (e.g., trowels, floats). Knowledge of masonry techniques and bricklaying is highly desirable. Ability to work at heights, including on roofs or scaffolding. Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driving licence may be advantageous for travelling between job sites.

Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
