Plasterer

to help provide high-quality maintenance, repairs, and improvement works to homes across the North West.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carry out all internal and external plastering work, including full re-plasters, patching, dry-lining, skimming, and rendering Work flexibly across other trades such as joinery, tiling, brickwork, and plumbing to support "one job, one visit" service Plan, manage, and carry out jobs efficiently using company systems, appointments, and communication tools Supervise and support apprentices while maintaining high-quality workmanship Accurately assess, diagnose and complete repairs while keeping customers informed Maintain and manage materials, tools, and stock responsibly in a company vehicle Ensure safe working practices, excellent customer care, and high performance across every task

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant craft CSCS card and Full UK or EU driving licence Time-served apprenticeship with solid experience in plastering and general construction Multi-skilled in additional trades (desirable but not essential) Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team Great communication skills and pride in providing a top-tier service Willingness to support business improvement and take part in training and development

Interview Process:

Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
